Opioids Need help w beginner methadone Q

I don't IV or sniff but my dose is about 250mg oxy, so it's not enough. It is a crazy slow increase, especially when I see people able to bump theirs daily by 10mg! That'd be great! We can't get the pharmacist to do so, each time the clinic has to call the doc, who rewrites the script , then the clinic faxes to the pharmacy etc.
OTOH our clinics do not kick you out, ever, for having dirty urines. Which makes me wonder why they test you at all. I guess it's because maybe you don't get carries if you're on other stuff.
I hate feeling sick every morning.
I can't buy WGFJ around here; I remember looking when trying to potentiate low dose oxy. Does fatty snack, tums, or Tagamet work as well?
 
Another question, does each 5mg hump make any discernible difference at all? I get bumped up Saturday, and I'm wondering if it's going to be just as depressing
