Opioids Naltrexone implant + targin?

Have had a couple of Naltrexone implants for a few months now, have a few 10/5mg Targin tablets (10mg OXY/ 5mg Naloxone) and would like to know if these would cause withdrawals if taken orally? Or would that only happen if someone were to IV them?

The entire purpose of these pills were created so you don't snort or IV them cause naltrexone orally won't antagonize the oxy but if u shoot or snort when the pills crushed the naltrexone mixes and will antagonize the oxy and you won't feel if they also made morphine naltrexone pill for the same reason . Just eat it and relax that's all!
