Opioids Naltrexone implant + methadone/suboxone?

Hi,
If someone had Naltrexone implants, would either Methadone (orally) or Suboxone (sublingual) cause any undesired effects, such as withdrawals?
Heroin (IV) hasn't had that effect apart from the effects of the actual heroin being diminished.

Could someone please clarify.
