Opioids Music concert and dihydrocodeine?

Hi everyone, I'm going to a concert this weekend and since I'm at the tail end of benzo withdrawal I'm unable to drink as it messes up my head and causes anxiety the next day, I do however have some dihydrocodeine 30mg pills so my question is what dose would be recommended to feel nice and relaxed but not too relaxed I'm lying down in a heap? I'm completely opiate naive as I've stayed off everything due to the hell of coming off benzos.

start very low but beware of addiction....rule of thumb is start low and gradually go up but im sure others here will be more exact...dont let opiates replace the benzos stay safe

Thanks Wonka, drugs for me is only a once/twice a month affair now - never ever will I take anything everyday! Benzos nearly ended my life :/

glad to hear your responiple but im sorry you experinced that.....most of us here have had those experinces and have learned and grown greatly from it......hey have fun most of all at your concert
