Hello everyone, I was wondering if it's necessary to cook the tar/water solution before snorting? Or can you just let it mix with the water and go for it?

You don't need to heat it. Heating it merely makes the tar break down into the solution quicker.

But swishing it around in the water will eventually yield the same result. I know because there have been situations in which I forgot my lighter for some reason and was forced to be a little more patient...
