Opioids Mixing oxycodone and codeine

Is it safe to take these two drugs in the same day ? I have a tolerance to both and I’m going to take medicinal doses for pain. I’m doing 15mg oxy and 4 hours later wanted to take 90mg codeine. Are there any interactions between these drugs. I’m not mixing them but will be taking them in the same day.
