Opioids Mixes with Hydrocodone...

I was able to get a hold of 7.5 mg Hydrocodone and I was wondering would it interfere with my Wellbutrin? I have been on 100 mg's of Wellbutrin(bupropion) twice a day for a week or so, I haven't consumed any of the wellbutrin in over 24 hours, plus I used several detoxing vitamins. Will there still be a risk of seizures? And, how bad/high would that risk be?
