Missed injecting Meth

HI. I've been doing meth on and off 30 intravenously and had never missed the vein until today. Now I have nice burning lump on my arm. Am I going to die from this?!!
 
Please go to the hospital immediately. Get checked out as you may need antibiotics. You will not get into any legal trouble for getting medical help or telling them how you injected drugs. Stay safe.
