minor issues when using Chome on Android

Whenever I click on a link it scrolls to the top of the page I'm on then I have to scroll back down and click the link a second time for it to work. Also the page is much wider than the actual content so it's easy to accidentally scroll horizontally away from everything or zoom out really far. It's not a big deal but slightly annoying sometimes.

1. I have the same issue when clicking a link, page jumps to the top or some inconvenient location.

2. Have you tried Chrome's settings > accessibility > override site request to prevent zoom?

Also - please clarify if this is happening:

In one forum (which one(s)) or site wide?
Is it only for BL, or other sites as well?
