Micro dosing mushrooms

I've Recently got a number of micro doses of mushrooms anyone can tell me how does it affect you and what best time of day to take them please?

take them when you wake up once every three days.

What i noticed when doing it improved mood less depression less anxiety more clear thinking. Also able to learn better and better memory.
