I have been on the fence with trying this for years as on the one hand it seems so highly rated outside the UK, but within the UK many people, whose experience with stims is usually limited to cocaine and cathinones, frequently seemed underwhelmed by it and there is therefore a tendency here for it to be dismissed as just a chemsex drug.

I have however recently dabbled in snorting small bumps of 10 mg of what I gathered to be particularly good meth and I found a nice clean high is maintained which can build nicely for three hours or so before gently letting go. If you lay down and relax you get lovely waves of pleasure in your arms and legs, in fact it reminded a lot of how pressed E pills used to be and I expect combining this with MDMA would be fantastic and more in tune with what 90's and early 00's ravers experienced.

At the dosages I took I was not noticeably high and there was no sudden "bham!" like with coke, mephedrone or Hexedrone, there was also no desire to fiend over porn for hours. At larger doses or with a different ROA I expect this changes though.

I will continue to dabble but would also be interested to see how others have got on with meth.
 
I will be interested to see how many UK based members have actually given it a tess. I have never come across it on the street (not that I have really been on the street for 5 years for anything other than buying the drugs I already use) so its niche availability within my sphere continues to present it as a novelty item in the vein of seconal or PCP. Certain groups for specialised loops kind of deal
 
Thank you for your compact trip report. It's miles away from the usual depiction of it as the most evil substance ever, capable of transforming (in less than a week) a 16-year old Justin Bieber lookalike into a wild-eyed purulent mess ready to sell his three-year old sister on the dark web for a couple of hits. Or into a chemsex crazed 24-hour party boy. I'm intrigued and scared by it at the same time, never had the opportunity to try it and hopefully I never will as I don't trust myself around euphoric stimulants...
 
Its deffo on my bucket list. But if I do ever get chance to try it, it'll probably be the one to finish me off...
 
It's nice. Very nice. I just plugged 100mg of it. Coming on strong now! I can get either hong kong or cheque gear. Apparently hong kong is a bit better. It's the only one I've tried. It's a tad pricier. I wouldnt have a clue where to get it other than the dark web. But it comes from within the UK. Got it next day in the post. I'll probably play some video games intently and wank myself silly all night! If only I had a girlfriend...

Weird, two places I would never have associated with crystal meth production and heavy usage, but I have just read that the Czech Republic has a long-standing tradition of home-made methamphetamine and in another thread someone has said that many Chinese nationals love smoking it. Something new to learn every day

How long were you high for and was that dose particularly euphoric?

Hey that's true, it replaced speed at the rate of knots and we thought it was just pretty speed.

It's a strange drug, if you get the taste for it then going back to anything else is not realky goid enough as it's not meth.

Probably should avoid if not had it. If you had it and got the rush you'll know why.

Think twice before iv I don't iv anymore but did and it blows your head off.

Also pretty impossible to use on weekends unless you have it only available thrn as your whole stash just goes.

Meh choices and stuff.

The rush it's known for is thru iv mate, you're best off no more than a .1g whacking it or smoking it for second best.

Snorting it doesn't seem to have the rush at all

Very euphoric. Similar to MDMA in some ways. I haven't ever tried more than that dosage. I dont think I'd need to. Seems enough!

I didn't redose and I think it lasted 16 hours maybe? Hard to say as once I'd had enough and just felt wired/a tad jittery I had 80mg oxycontin, 2mg clonazepam and 300mg pregabalin which quickly altered things.

Your love of sulphate and 3fpm guarantee that you will love methamphetamine. There's no going back to 3 after glass! So euphoric and you vape it exactly like 3/brown.

My latest thread illustrates just a couple of pitfalls to it tho.

And if you think 3 makes ya a sex pervert, meth will turn you rabid. It lasts too fucking long though!
 
It's my main poison of choice for the last decade or so. In fact I'm just having a bowl or two now.
 
Did a fair amount back in the day, personally my favourite stimulant by a country mile. Less twitchy than regular amp or coke, the most "chill" stimulant I've done - I was always just able to relax and have a good time. And great for social anxiety etc. Effects for me were midway between amphetamine and MDMA - as a SERT releaser it has a greater euphoric edge, but as ever YMMV.

I was always moderate with my dosing, 100mg was enough for a 24 hour bender at least - the poster above doing 100mg rectal in one go either has a fair tolerance or is being foolish (or impure source).

Personally snorting was my favourite ROA. Smoking is much more of a rush and leads you to redose much more rapidly. Snorting I found smoother and more functional. Oral dose even slower and smoother. Never tried IV (thank fuck).

It is hella addictive though - mostly because of the long duration, you end up not being able to sleep and then need to do more to get on with your job/life the next day.... not a good cycle to get into.

I don't think I could do it these days - the comedowns a couple of days later were brutal.
 
I'm pretty sure it's good stuff. It's possible I'm doing too much. I did 50mg plugged my first time and felt pretty good. Then pushed it to 100mg total and thought that felt even better, but not like its too much...

I'm relatively new to it. Done it 6 times over the last 6 months.

I thought 160mg oxy was a 'normal' amount to start off with.. then asked on here and realised half that amount was ample.

So yeah I can be silly/do shoddy research into a starting dose for things...

find you could get away with and still have sleep that night if benzos were to be used? Assume no tolerance and dosing at midday.

With regards to taking orally or snorting how big a dose could you get away with and still sleep that night with benzos at hand? Assume no tolerance and dosing once at midday.
 
Oh no, dude, hah... I would say there was no dose you could get away with and still sleep that night!
For me once I'd committed to a line, I'd committed to staying up all night. I actually never did try a proper oral dose, I was curious about it, but others told me it was smoother.

I don't think of meth as a "functional" stim, the kind you take at work. It's for party times - one line always lead to another. So I don't have any good advice on that.. my crew at the time used to have a rule "no meth after midnight" - if you wanted to get some sleep during the day after (and with benzos)
 
I wasn't too impressed with meth - I think sulphate is the better high. Meth is good for the first 2 or 3 hours but then it has a long, long ass comedown where there's no buzz and you can't sleep. If you take anymore to try and get some buzz back you are awake for 4 days - and if you're vulnerable to psychosis then the shadow people start appearing.

I also had to knock speed on the head as I was hiding from the shadow people.
