Methadone Constipation!!

Been on methadone 100mg for about a year, and it constipates the crap out of me, I'm just wondering if anyone here has the same problem and what do they do in order to fix the problem, because I no longer get the urge to to use bathroom anymore. I'm only able to go when I take around 50ml of lactulose or milk of magnesia.. are their any other prescription medications that would help?
