I been doing my impersonation of a dragon, blowing smoke out my nostrils ( smoke of the meth kind ) and now my inside of my nose feels hella raw and hurts a weeeeee bit any coralation??

Have you been exhaling flames? Or maybe any other caustic vapors? Yeah then it's probably the meth smoke.

Meth smoke is notorious for being especially harsh to teeth and other internals. This is by all means a falsifiable hypothesis but by applying occam's razor to the given information i'd say it's the cause.

Yes it is the meth vapors.
If you do it rinse your nose with saline after a few minutes.
Whatever you can absorb will be absorbed by then, the rest is just dissolved in the mucus and will be absorbed so slowly you wont get high off it but it will just keep irritating your nose.
