Stimulants meth panic attack how to stop?

Im gonna play civ 5. I cant answer everyones problems hmmmfff i will instead control a whole country then the world... (says drooling)
 
I also agree Benzo's are you're best alternative.

Ativan and Xanax both reduce a GREAT amount of anxiety also.

Benzo's (if you didn't know) MOSTLY are prescribed for Anxiety, Anxiety with depression, insomnia, and panic attacks, etc.

I've done meth, the comedown was HORIBBLLE, 3 nights of no sleep.

What the meth comedown produces, ARE Anxiety, panic attack, insomnia, no appetite.

How does a benzo sound for THAT?

Like I said I've taken meth, and as I stated the comedown was horrible.

I smoked meth again another night, SAME come down, HORIBBLE, BUT I had 1mg Xanax bars (12 of them) and 10mg Valium (21 of them)

I took 2mg of Xanax (2) and 10mg of Valium (1)

I took more Xanax to knock me out faster and have the valium keep me asleep with no W/D. Slept 8+ hours. :D
