Meth advice needed please.

I'm new on here so I'm not totally sure how it works but I need some advice. A friend has been using shard heavily for almost 2 years. Earlier today he did a bump and immediately his head was killing him he was very nauseous his ears where ringing. Then the pulse on the left side of his neck became much weaker than the other side. He's complaining of being tired and a stinging itch on his chest. Is this all bad or normal or what. Please help very concerned.
 
Probably should get help. Could be anything that only a doctor could tell.
 
I would recommend that your friend go to the doctor. I am moving this to Other Drugs where it belongs and where you'll get more responses.

Go to the dr or ER straight away, nobody on here can know what it is and it doesn't sound good. If they get worse or won't go willingly, call an ambulance. Good luck
