I've been talking to my therapist every week, but my anxiety is not subsiding, I don't think it's working, I don't like talking on the phone either really.I find that when I feel excessively guilty it's because I'm depressed. Depression makes me feel like I'm a burden on others and all I ever do by being around them is hurt them.
Also, I can relate to having anxiety from talking on the phone. Actually, I feel way more anxiety talking to someone on the phone than I do talking to them directly irl.
Are we Chemically imbalanced or something? I never use to be this bad, now I wake up anxious and feel like I'll never feel normal around people.
