Misc Melatonin high?

Can melatonin really produce some sort of "high"? I just thought it made you really sleepy. And if there is a high how many should I take to reach that state?
 
You do not get high from melatonin. You may have more vivid dreams or lucid dreams, especially if you take it with vitamin B3. It also helps with jet lag and sometimes insomnia.

Just take the dose recommended on the package you bought.

If you check erowid reports it's not a very smart idea to take high doses also I don't know if you knew this but melatonin is a hormone. Also to answer the question no you can't get high from it.
