I have motion sickness which has gotten a lot worse over the last month or so. If I am driving sometimes I get sick and if I'm a passenger I get sick almost every time. Meclizine helps. Is it safe to take meclizine every day before I go anywhere? How long do the effects usually last?
 
Meclizine has been used for this purpose for quite a while and is generally considered safe to use repeatedly and/or even daily. You should expect the duration of effect to be somewhere between 4-6 hours. I hope this helps.
