MDMA + Cialis

So tomorrow me and my girl are going to roll and have a good time and I want to be able to get an erection during the roll so I plan on taking Cialis.

Question is what's the proper dosage?

Should I take the Cialis first then mdma? Or the other way around.

Has anyone here tried this? Which is the best way to go?
 
There's an awesome thread someone on this site for the use of Viagra. Read that it will tell you most of what you want to know. Essentially you have to find the dose for yourself since everyone is different. Also if you are taking a lot of MDMA you'll probably require more Cialis than you would if you were only taking a little etc.

From the little I know about the differences between Cialis and Viagra one of the key ones is that Cialis has a much longer half-life so it'll still be in your system helping you get hard for at least several hours. Possibly a lot longer.

Make your plan based on your night. If you are going out to clubs and partying then I wouldn't take the cialis till you've made plans to leave assuming you're having sex at home. If you're staying home then it wouldn't hurt to take it earlier I guess.

Last piece of advice. Cialis essentially acts like a vasodilator. (not really but that is the simple answer) If you take too much you can end up with headaches (has happened to me) and a hard-on but the headache isn't fun so just try and figure out the minimum you need.
 
Yea, I've read that thread but it didn't really say if you shoul take mdma before Cialis or the other way around. That's what what I want to know
 
What makes you think you won't be able to get an erection without the Cialis? MDMA is a very sexy drug on its own. I'd try it by itself and see if you have difficulties before adding Cialis. The combination can be overwhelmingly powerful.
 
The cialis will be strongest about an hour after it's taken. It then drops off slowly over the next several hours. It will last for about 12-24 hours in total, but the mdma tends to counteract it somewhat (depending on how much mdma you take).

It doesn't matter whether you take the mdma or cialis first. Schedule the cialis at least an hour before you might first expect to want to use it.

I've found viagra better that cialis when taking mdma, but hope it works and enjoy your night
 
In my experience, any of the three ED drugs can safely be used with E. Viagra works fastest and is best if you are not certainly going to do it, but all-of-a-sudden you want to be ready (in 15 min or so). Levitra lasts 4 hours and certainly works, it will make you iron hard. Cialis has the benefit of being able to work at any time you want it over many hours.

I prefer Levitra b/c time can run out with Viagra (as in: you might get distracted by the E and forget you wanted to have sex until oops, it wore off), ... and Cialis can produce less solid responses, especially after many hours of dancing and other sorts of play. All in all, Levitra works best with E. Just pop it when things are starting to turn in good direction, and in about a half hour, they will.
 
I am 64 years old and have experimented with both Viagra and Cialis while rolling.

As we like to use poppers while rolling as well, you can understand that I use these drugs with some trepidation.

Viagra seems to have more side effects on me (blue lips) than Cialis. These are usually most noticeable at the end of the roll and may indicate severely lowered blood pressure.

The max amount of Viagra I have tried is 50 mg (half a 100 mg tablet).
I take it either just after or just before dropping the roll.

Because Cialis is active in the system for at least 36 hours I usually take it the evening before the day of the roll.

I have found that a 100 mg dose to be the most effective. This dose does however have side effects. One is an unpleasant headache during the first few hours following ingestion. The other is very disagreeable muscle cramping, particularly in the back.
The headache disappears after sleeping but the muscle cramps may persist for several days.
So far I've only experienced the muscle cramps once. The headache though seems to occur every time.
I do not get the blue lips side effect with Cialis.

Sex effects. Both drugs help erections to be achieved with stimulation. A blow job will result in a good one.
While Viagra is fast acting it tends to wear off. The Cialis effect persists to the end of the roll allowing multiple erections.

Perhaps the difference in effect is due to the size of the dose (twice as much Cialis as Viagra). On the other hand I think that in view of our use of poppers a larger dose of Viagra could result in severe complications.

In general I would recommend using Cialis rather than Viagra.

There really isnt going to be a black and white answer with a question like this - as shown above different people will have different opinions.

If the Cialis lasts for 24 hours and the roll for 4 then drop the Cialis before the MDMA -that way you know your going to be 'good to go' when you decide to pop the roll.

As mentioned above - poppers when using Cialis/Viagra can lead to a sudden drop in blood pressure that could lead to a heart attack.
 
Augusta B speaks sense. Cialis works for a long time, so it's almost immaterial when you take it.

I speak from much experience.
 
Cialis lasts strong for up to 24 hours and can have lingering effects for another day or so, so if you take it a couple of hours before you drop you will be fine. You can expect that you may have some sinus congestion when it first starts to work; for me that's one of the first alerts. That doesn't usually last that long, or maybe I just get used to it. Also, back pain is listed as side effect. You may not get this, but for me it happens a day two later and can range from mildly uncomfortable to almost unbearable. The good news is that if it gets bad and I take a Tylenol or something similar that it quickly goes away and never comes back.
 
I've taken Cialis while rolling (took it an hour after I dropped) and 20 mg worked great for me. It was a great combo. It took a VERY long enjoyable time to climax and I was able to start and stop whenever I wanted. Highly recommend.
 
I've never mixed the two, but an efective dose of Cialis for me is 20mg. Even 10mg is dose enough to notice a difference.

In the case of the 20mg dose, it starts working in 30mins., peaks at around 16 hours and can still be effective at around 36 hours after the last dose. A marathon drug...
