Cocaine Long term polydrug (ab)use resulting in increased side effects for all drugs.

Is it the case that I might experience worse side effects when taking cocaine because amphetamine addiction in the past? If that's the case is it likely true that heavy use of other stimulants may also have increased side effects for other drugs?

I find that to be mostly true. I don't really know the science behind it. Cross tolerance comes into play when using drugs that act on the same part of the brain. Coke and amphetamine both work on dopamine so it's likely you will have a small built in tolerance so to speak.

Getting older gave me more side effects from every drug. So did having a couple overdoses and damaging my kidneys. So yeah it's cumulative.
