Levomethamphetamine 300mg (Vicks Nasal Inhalers, OTC Speed) - First Time

Ok so most people don't think Vicks Nasal Inhalers have any psychoactive effect, but I'd like to say with all of my past experiences, with Benzedrex, Vicks and Anhydrous dope, if I were to have to pick the best alternative for ice itself, it wouldn't be Benzedrex, it'd be the active substance in Vicks, Levomethamphetamine. Now hear me out, I used to think it had no uses whatsoever as well, just a cheap ass weak isomer, but one heres how I found out different. Ok, so I used to love drugs especially legal ones, and one day I decided to walk to Walgreens to pick up some tussin and benzedrex. Well they didn't have any Benzedrex so I looked around and they had Vicks. Bought 6 of them, 2 3 packs. Each inhaler contains 50MG of Levomethamphetamine I was under the assumption that you just popped 2 of them oraly and boom your high. Nope. Didn't do shit. So I was disappointed, and just took the tussin, tripped from about 6pm to 11 (lemme mind you I had been using tussin for a while at this point and this time was my first time dosing 1 and a half 8OZ bottles) and by the time I was coming down, I was extremely tired, so I had a bright idea, I was gonna take THE REST OF THE INHALERS. I bought them anyway and didn't have shit to lose. So I sawed open all of the capsules and downed them. 1 by 1. That equals a total of 200mg of Levmetamfetamine taken orally, along with a still fairly active dose of 750MG of DXM to potentiate it. 30 minutes later I was more loaded then Benzedrex had ever gotten me, euphoric goosebumps, positive racing thoughts stuck on loop, and repeating actions that you get associated with amphetamines, extremely hyper, I spent 4 hours texting local "escorts" trying to get a quick fuck because of my arousal state, from then on never took benzedrex, I only took Vicks but took the high dose of 300mg (6 inhalers orally) BUT ALSO took 2 potentiators every time I used it. 300mg of caffeine and 5 tums made of sodium bicarbonate. I chipped one tooth while on this substance because I gnashed them for hours on end. And every time the high lasted 8 to 9 hours was up all day the next day, and had to wait a month to take it again because of tolerance. (Do not lecture me on how bad eating cotton is and how bad camphor and menthol is. I already know, and don't need your preaching)

Oh god the L-meth in Vicks... it makes me shudder to think. It is absolutely psychoactive but the bodyload is awful (for me). I have tried it twice, basically when I was fiending for something and the Benzedrex was sold out. Both times, it began with a euphoric rush, very fast thinking, excitement, etc. I thought to myself OMG THIS IS GREAT, BETTER THAN P-HEX! But then after like 2 hours I started getting horrible peripheral side effects, racing heart, clammy, massive anxiety, basically a norepinephrine overload. I felt little dopaminergic effect, it sort of felt like a far dirtier, massive overdose of caffeine. I didn't have a benzo at the time so I just had to ride it out. It was awful, about 4 hours in I developed a blinding, terrible headache that lasted the rest of the day. I think it wasn't quite as bad the first time, but it was so bad I can barely even look at those inhalers in the grocery store anymore. And I just had one of them. And you took caffeine too?? Jesus I think I would have died taking multiple inhalers plus caffeine. Careful man.

Do you do a lot of stimulants?

On the other hand, Benzedrex is a nice drug, I mean the comedown sucks, but the actual effects are pretty great usually, it's a triple releaser so it releases dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine. L-meth does not do this, it mainly affects norepinephrine. With propylhexedrine (Benzedrex) I get a very nice high that feels quite comfortable, and then the comedown is unpleasant the next day, but it's not a big deal. I will never touch that L-meth shit from Vicks again, but propylhexedrine is in my list of drugs to use sometimes and I've had many a nice high with it.

And you took caffeine too??

Not only that, he had a dose of 750 mg that was “fairly active” in their system. DXM should never be mixed with stimulants.

True, most particularly serotonin releasers, of which propylhexedrine is. DXM mixed with SSRIs or serotonin releasers can easily cause serotonin syndrome, which can be lethal and requires hospitalization.
