Opioids kratom extract questions

I was offered a free sample of extract with my last order of plain leaf and I accepted ( seemed silly to turn down free stuff from a vendor I trust). However, I am not sure I should use it. Can using an extract once skyrocket one's tolorance? I have heard rumors that it works a bit like how taking one pill after withdrawl causes the withdrawl to start over).

I have had a lot of pain lately, so it would be nice to have a stronger option for occasional use but I don't want to render plain leaf useless and need extract

Couldnt you use an equivalent dose to whatever your plain leaf dose is? But regardless, one dose isnt going to jack up your tolerance.

I would avoid extracts, but occasional use isn't going to affect your tolerance noticeably more than plain leaf.
