Benzos Kava Placebo?

Hi all Im just wondering if anyone actually has been cured from their anxiety from using Kava? I use benzos daily i.e oxazepam 30mg, Kava to me seemed to help sometimes then other times did nothing? so Im putting it in the Placebo slight sedation category till proven otherwise? am I wrong?? and yes Ive used high Kavalactone doses but still not much effect...

kava has helped me immensely with anxiety.

The effects you get from kava-kava are FAR beyond placebo. Maybe a reverse-tolerance issue?

How frequently do you have it? If it's irregularly, then it's probably just a reverse tolerance issue. Have it more frequently (even small doses) and it'll work a lot better.
