jamaican dogwood is a pretty damn good sleep supplement. i used to mix the powdewith water and then toss and wash. it took over and hr to kick it but it typically worked and pretty darn well i might add, got real real sleep off of it and didn't feel like i was courting a placebo like with valerian. Herb Pharm, a reputable company whose tinctures are sold in like every health food store across the country, even make and sell a tincture that is used for sleep whicih contains only this herb.

i'm no medical guy but I'd sat that this shiit is pretty fukkin safe. after all, we are people, not fish. the stuff may be used to pacify fish during fishing expeditions in the carribbean but we can handle these kinds of alkoloids,,,,,
