Opioids IV'ing Fentanyl Gel Patch

Yes I've UTFSE... I have shot up 25mcg gel patches plenty of times (also Xanax too, but that's off topic). What I want to know is the bioavailability of injecting fent (no I don't just throw the gel in and fuck my vein up, I dissolve with vinegar). I would like to know the bioavailability of all RA (routes of administration). I've heard bucca/sublingual (under tongue) is 50% and of course wearing it the right way is closest to 100% you get.

BA of IV, SC, IM is all 100%.

Also, remember that injecting vinegar is not good for your veins, and because your blood is not acidic the gel can come back out of solution as a solid. Don't kid yourself into thinking it's 100% safe.
 
just squeeze out into a spoon and throw a tad of water and go.. BUT be extremely careful with these... these fuckers costed me a week in the ICU... these things creep on you... I thought wtf why am I not high did another one woke up in ambo
