Opioids Is tramadol anyone's drug of choice?

TBH 400mg ibuprofen provides better pain relief than 100mg tramadol for me. 100mg codeine is better than both. For muscular pain, Soma is better than either.
 
Morphine used to be my shining star, I was so into it that I often personalized it and imagined it to be a female angel. =D And tramadol is the worst opioid that I've ever taken, nauseous to the point of giving a headache, yuk.:p No other opioid ever made me nauseous but buprenorphine at the very beginning of my maintenance, but the dose was simply too high.
 
No amount of tramadol feels good to me. It just feels like a dirty stimulant. Nothing opiate-like at all. Which makes me sad since my doc wrote a scrip for 600. I actually avoid taking them because they make me feel so bad. Meh.
