Where did you ever hear that throwing up is from being dehydrated?

I get sick almost every time I roll but its from the initial rush, and I'm certainly not dehydrated nor do I have bad pills. Just the way my body reacts to the rush of pills.

Throwing up wouldn't be from being dehydrated, but throwing up WILL dehydrate you, so you should drink a little water afterward. I've found that after throwing up, cold water is too much for my stomach and can actually make me throw it back up, so you may find lukewarm water is best.

ok thanks, i remember after his 1st time rolling he felt a little sick during his peak, and just wanted to sit down, but he didnt throw up, maybe its just how he reacts to the mdma or something.. thanks for the info guys
