Is my chronic digestive pain a result of abuse?

Hey guys, new member here. I'm looking for some medical opinions (professional or not) about my health. Im 20 yrs old, white, & male. In high school, i abused adderall a bit too much during my junior and senior year; anywhere from 4-7 times a week (I am not prescribed). Insufflated or taken orally. I also had a 4 or 5 month spree in which i took anywhere from 20-50 cough syrup gels (15mg DXM each) 2 to 5 times a week. I stopped the cough syrup when i went to college about a year and a half ago, but i just recently stopped using adderall. My adderall consumption definitely decreased as time passed, but Within the last couple months I am completely clean.
Anyways, here's my question: Could this kind of abuse lead to unexplained chronic digestive pains and discomfort (mostly located from where my ribs end to the start of my abdomen)?
I have been seeing a GI specialist but I have not yet talked to him about any drug abuse besides pot. I have had a colonoscopy, ultrasound, and xrays done since the pains started. Every result was "You look like a perfectly healthy young man." I am going to tell my doctor about all of this but I wanted to see if any of you have had a similar experience or know a bit about this.
I will not deny that other drug abuse has been constant since I was 18 (MDMA, mushrooms, LSD, 4aco-DMT)... I dont do any of these anymore except for MDMA and 4aco-DMT and those are very sparing (Once a month maximum)
Is it possible that my digestive system is just still in shock and its going to take more time to recover? Or maybe I actually developed some sort of disease...?
I tried to be as detailed as i can with whats going on... Just looking for some answers! Thanks :)

Not a doctor but my guess is it's just your stomach getting used to not having stims fly everything to your ass. I would still recommend seeing a medical professional if you're worried.

Stims?

What are stims?
edit: oh stimulants. duh. I guess my question now becomes.. Is it possible that my body just chose to react that way then? I have many friends who abuse stimulants worse than I do or did and they dont seem to have these problems.
