I am Firefighter, Paramedic, and Hazardous Material Specialist and do a lot of research into chemicals which hurt people and the environment. Currently, I’m trying to keep my State’s LE, Firefighter and Paramedic safe responding to Fentanyl and now W-18 incidents.%)

Please provide me with information about W-18 i.e.:
History
Chemical information
Forms
Routes of usage
Signs and Symptoms
Respiratory protection
PPE usage
Etc.

That's the scary thing... There's very little info... We don't even know what receptors it acts on just not opiate receptors

This is a scary thought. Unsuspecting police officer, paramedic, etc. incidentally inhales a tiny bit of mystery powder and ODs because it's a an extremely potent RC opioid. At least paramedics should have narcan kits handy.

Most of what youre asking could be found on the SDS

And to think the DEA thought kratom was more of a priority....

Many heavy opioids such as Car-fentanyl W-18 etc. Narcan will do absolutely Jack-Sh!t-All in terms of reversing an OD. very frightening.

It's not an opioid though...

OP also mentioned fentanyl which is an opioid. Im speculating, but I think they would be more likely to run into an RC opioid than W-18. Not much can be said for W-18 outside SDS info and whatever research is out there.

Well, yes, true. But this thread is specifically about information regarding W-18.
