Info on Legislation/Police practice State by State

I have been googling my arse of for days trying to find a comprehensive (or close enough) source of current drug detection legislation in each state of Australia.

So far I have found good info from NSW regarding the drug detection act plus various accounts from newspaper articles, personal experience and personal accounts of incidents on NSW rail transport, Sydney Big Day Out, homebake and even on the public streets in Darlinghurst, Newtown etc.

Also, seems VIC is playing a bit of rivalry with NSW given some of the Police activity there.

So... anyone have any good sources?

How about personal accounts (e.g. sniffer dogs, road side tests etc) in your state QLD, SA, WA...

Definately the best source is the Council for Civil Liberties website, most particular those pages dedicated to the current invasive policies currently under use by NSW police.

I searched here and found Qld legislation on police dogs but it's all pretty old.

There are some good first hand accounts from people who've had trouble with dogs, or narrowly avoided it. Use the search engine.
