Agree with your statement neither have I, but the title of the song is literally, relating to industry - so, totally in the bounds of logic; even if not within the boundary of pop-musical labels, it does make perfect sense and although this isn't 'Nam and there are rules, this is music and when it defies themes for meaning and purpose - well that's what it is about artistry, as far as i can determine, anyway.
