Hello all. Im new here and need some input. After a rather large iv dose of meth at work 2 days ago. I became severely dehydrated, to the point of being confused and swelling to my hands. Recollections of this time are foggy to no reccolection.
At some point i developed a dull pain in my right thumb, from my cuticle to tip. At times pins and needles and a sensation of heat. Also extremely sensitive to touch.
2 days later I awaken and the pain has moved back to the first knuckle and is more intense. My thumb is not immobile.
Could i have damaged a nerve or blood vessel to cause this, and what treatment options would I have.
Its also,possable i damaged it in a non related way while delerios from dehydration.
