Opioids Hydrocodone potentiation timing?

I can feel the affects of Benadryl/diphenhydramine within 15 mins
Especially on an an empty stomach
I know factually I have a high metabolism

so should I wait 30-45 stil?l or does me feeling the affects from the dph have anything to do with the 3a4 inhibition

about the only thing the Benadryl/diphenhydramine is gonna do is make you drowsy and stop the itching from the hydro imho

Well considering it’s a 3a4 inhibitor (weak compared to other potentiates true)
But it would definitely potentiate it.

Right back at you. Yes it will make you “drowsy” but it’s a fact that it is a 3a4 inhibitor, so I’m not gonna debate it.
