Opioids hydrocodone & codeine tolerance question

In the past 3-4 days I have used 72.5mg of hydrocodone and 450mg of codeine.

I have 40mg of hydrocodone at this time and dont want to waste it. If I were to take all 40mg on an empty stomach tonight would the effects not be as strong? I have used opiates for a long time but only started taking them again on friday
 
it will likely be dissapointing, but there is a chance you might be slightly satisfied. hydrocodone is my drug and i've been on off of low doses for the past 2 years so I have experience with this.

add 100 mg of DXM 1.5 hrs before (as long as you are on no other drugs that interfere with dxm) will help potentiate the opiate
