How to pass drug test for opiates

Hey, just learned today I have a drug test coming up and it's opiates I am worried about. It's the standard 5 panel piss in a cup test. I've been an everyday user, but I did stop using and will be about 60 hours clean at the time of the test.

So, does anyone have any advice, tips or methods that would help in passing this test? Any help appreciated, Thnx in advance
