Opioids How to get?

I don't know if this is allowed, remove if it isn't. I know it's getting harder to get a prescription for opiods. Anyone have suggestions or recommendations? I can't take tramadol as I'm on Wellbutrin. I have constant pain in my neck but my doctor says there's no solution, that I have to learn to live with it.

Your doctor seems stinky. It is harder for people to get prescriptions but if you genuinely need it for pain, I'd find a doctor that understands that you're not trying to get high or sell it.

The point of limiting scripts was ironically not meant to harm people who truly have chronic pain.. and that's what it's doing.

Agree %100.
You didn't write why you have neck pain but for most neck & back pain, gentle exercise and strengthening your muscles, correcting your posture are very beneficial. Many people ease much of their neck, shoulder and back pain by doing these. Also NSAIDS are very effective for this kind of pain because of the anti-inflammatory properties.

As GetMeOutOfThisCRAP, said finding a real doctor who will genuinely decide and prescribe opiates, opioids is the best option. It's not a good idea but if you really have to have a potent pain killer and not able to get it legally, you could consider either Kratom or poppy pods (or seeds). These are both addictive so you have to realize that dabbling with them has the potential to ruin the rest of your life, especially the Papaver Somniferum pods. Poppy pods (or seeds) could be deadly as well if you aren't careful about the dose or if you combine them with other depressants such as benzodiazepines or alcohol. Good luck. I hope that you solve this problem without much trouble and without putting yourself in too much risk.

Thanks. I was afraid if I went to another doctor they'd think I was shopping for drugs or something, but I'll see if I can get to one. I do physical therapy and yoga and massage and acupuncture, and I've done chiropractic. I've just really fucked up my neck from multiple car accidents and nothing seems to correct it long term. I've been working on posture though, that's a good point too, I got a standing desk at work which is helping too. Anyway thanks

Poppy seed tea is good but it is VERY strong lol. You can easily wreck yourself if you have no tolerance and many ppl get hooked because the withdrawal is way stronger since it's so many different alkloids as opposed to like thebanie with painkillers. If you can't find anything then I'd start with kratom > seed tea as last resort.

Most addicts who fake physical pain would just end up eating the script in like 4 days and then go into withdrawal anyway. That's what I don't rly understand.. people who need them don't gobble them like candy only a little here and there.

I was addicted to tramadol. Then i was prescribed Wellbutrin and Tianeptine sodium. I didn't even noticed any wd from tram (400-700)mg daily but after a few days from starting Wellbutrin 150 SR (bupropion, strong cyp2d6 inhibitor) it wasn't any more possible to achieve any opioid-like effects (painkilling) from tramadol. I also stopped smoking cigs like.. suddenly. I know it won't help u much but i think it might be interesting experience related to the meds u mention in your post.

You can try Tianeptine sodium if its possible to score for you. But its highly addictive too.

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, anyone, but I believe it’s only considered Doctor shopping if you’re consistently seeking out other doctors and obtaining prescriptions. You shouldn’t be flagged or anything for seeking out the help and opinion of another Doctor, especially if you genuinely feel like your current doctor isn’t willing to help you find solutions to your medical problems.

Whether the answer is pain medication or not, they should still be helping guide you through plenty of other options and possibilities, and not just simply saying “you’ll have to learn to live with it.” I’d find recommendations for another Doctor who’s willing to work with you until you find a solution that fits best for your situation.

This. Idk where the OP lives but when my specialist denied me alprazolam for GI pain (its a life saving medication for me) I simply went to another doctor and explained my situation and not only did he give me what I needed, he said I could come back and up the dose if my pain gets worse.

That's not doctor shopping; doc shopping is when you get a script then immediately run over to another doc to try and get the same/similar script. My state has enacted a law that requires anything schedule IV or up to be registered in a state system so it's virtually impossible to 'shop' now. Yet, I still 'shopped' till I found a doctor who understood the pain I was in and was willing to help me escape it.
