Opioids How to get through life with some chemical assistance?

swim is very unhappy most of the time. he sees a psychiatrist for social phobia, depression, autism and possible schizophrenia.

he is on 15mg aripiprazole daily and 100mg sertraline daily and feels awful most days.

is there are recreational drug combination which would make life more bearable for him long term?
 
buperenorphine has been used off label for depression with great success. i find it to be very useful for depression as well. if you are at the point where an opiate addiction would be less severe than your depression, all opiates are very anti-depressive and increase confidence, sociability etc. so yeah opiates would make you feel much better. but then you would be addicted to them.. so if you couldnt get them.. you would feel much worse..
