Heroin How to burn up the lactose without burning up the good?

First of all this is street ready brown and I only snort, not inject.
So instead of my dealer making 3 cuts in his batch he decided to make 5.. I'm just trying to find a way to burn up most of the lactose without burning up the brown. Is that possible or am I just better off snorting all that crap?
