Misc How to avoid phenibut withdrawls?

I have had terrible anxiety because I stopped taking phenibut a week ago. The anxiety only lasts for two weeks correct?
How can I avoid these symptoms? The bottle says do not take for more than three days without a three day wash out.

Since you've been already waiting a weak just wait it out. You may try using benzos PRN for the withdrawl symptoms but I don't recommend that since theres a chance you'll be trading one addiction/withdrawl for another.

Don't believe everything the bottle says you shouldn't be using it more than once a week max otherwise you'll either grow a huge tolerance or you'll be getting those withdrawls. Phenibut is no joke - it's a fully fledged drug. Don't treat it like other minor supplements

The safest way to come off this drug or any other is by a slow but progressive taper. Lower your dose slowly to lower withdrawal side effects.
