Opioids how much hydrocodone should I take to take the edge off bupe w/d?

I have a pretty high tolerance (takes like 48mg+ IV hydromorphone to even get me a bit buzzed), plus I am a poor codeine metabolizer. =/
not looking for a miracle fix here, but I'd really like something to make me feel at least a little bit better.
because I'm a fucktard & missed my doctor appointment last week. ugh.

I have 16x 5mg hydrocodone/APAP pills (14 w/ 325mg APAP, 2 w/ 500mg).
and I can't be arsed to do a CWE.
but I'm pretty sure I'll be okay to take a shit ton of acetaminophen just this one time. I don't take it super often and my liver is in good shape.

just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how many I should take at once/how I should space them out for maximum efficacy?

your swift advice is appreciated.

weeelll I took 8 of them.
but then I threw up like, I don't know, maybe 30ish minutes afterward. (<<-- not from the hydrocodone obviously)

think I absorbed at least a bit of it, because I do feel sliiiightly better.

thinking I will probably take 1800mg gabapentin shortly and that should help further.
will save the other 8 for tomorrow, unless I can either get into my doctor sometime tomorrow, or I feel super shitty tonight or something. gabapentin always makes it impossible for me to sleep, so we'll see.

urgh now I'm going to have to explain to my sub doctor why I'm failing my drug test.

Well, hydromorphone is around 7.5 times more potent than morphine, while hydrocodone is just around 0.2-0.5 times as potent as morphine so you'd need a lot of hydrocodone (more than you have and a lot more APAP than anyone should ever consume)
