Benzos How long will large doses of Xanax stay in my system?

I took up an application and will most likely have my first interview sometime next week. I want to be clean in-case they are a drug free environment. If I took 30mg of alprazolam for 4-5 days and then never again, how long would this be out of my system? (I am a big guy, 230lbs) and do have a high benzo tolerance.

I am not looking for an exact number, just a general period of time it should be out of my system. My metabolism is somewhat slow as well.

Also, if anyone knows, when do jobs conduct drug tests and do I get a 2 week notice if I am to get offered the job?
 
Way too many variables on that.

What kind of test are they doing? Dip stick only? GC/MS?

Are you "big" as in "tall" or as in "fat"? Benzodiazepines tend to be highly lipophilic, so presumably traces of it would remain in your fatty tissues for extended periods of time.
 
It?s going to be a urine test and I am ?fat.? Standard pee cup test 10 or 12 panel I believe

Imma have to close this, luck w/ the job (Alprazolam isn't quite so lipophillic, although size really doesn't matter unless its morbid mmclosed
