Opioids How long will 4-6mg snorted Dilaidid last?

If I snorted 4 to 8 mg of hydromorphone, how long should I wait before taking more. I weigh about 100-110 lbs , am 5" 5', am young and have little to no opiate tolerance. Also, would Focalin xr or dexedrine spansules make a better speedball with it? Thanks.


Sorry if I did something wrong. This is only my second post, so I still have stuff to learn. I would even like someone to criticize me so I can learn from my mistakes.

6 to 8 hours most likely. Strongest being the first 2 hours.
