Stimulants How long should one wait (Adderall and Tramadol)

If someone were to have taken 20 mg of Adderall instant release and 20 mg of XR over the course of the day yesterday, and it is currently 9 PM on the following day, is it safe for him or her to take Tramadol for the evening? I know both of these drugs lower the seizure threshold, but I just wasn't sure how long was long enough to wait since Adderall has a long-ish half-life. Replies soon would be fantastic since Tramadol takes such a while to peak...
