Hi, when it comes to pain pills, most of us know the trick of using grapefruit juice and/or cimetidine to potentate the effects of the pills. My question is how long do I have to take the pills before this effect disappears? For instance, if I have to wait four hours before taking the pills, I'm pretty sure I've missed the boat. Does anyone know how long one has to take the pills before the potentiating agents benefits wear off? Thanks in advance!
