My friend bought some and he only does it occasionally. It is more of the hard crystal kind over the sticky goey kind, but whatever.
he bought it about a month or a month and a half ago and it looks the same, it is stored in little pieces of plastic bags, burn sealed at the top. It had been stored indoors in a cool dark drawer around 65-70 degrees.
he is mostly concerned that it has turned into someone else and no longer works
that it has gone "bad" and he could get sick from iv'ing it.
as to why he stored it? All of a sudden the tar got really good, so this mediocre stuff that he had just bought got somewhat forgotten about, but now it is all back to mediocre. So it's time to do it and save a lot of money before he buys more. He was also saving it in part for a rainy day if the town dried up or he ran out of money or couldn't get ahold of anybody, but after a month he feels he should do it and not let it sit any longer.
