Misc How hard is it to use phenibut without getting in trouble?

I have stop kratom now cos its gotten so boring and doesnt work properly. Though mixed with something else I think it would be great again when you arent relyin on it as the sole driving force of the high but rather to complement something else.

Phenibut seems safer than ghb in terms of dosing but more dangerous in terms of addiction.

Can it be used without ever experiencing withdrawals.?

I would like something to replace and/or complement my couple times a week kratom use or to aid sleep if I take 2-fa again. I would really like to take 2-fa again but I vowed not to until I found a good sleep aid because I have sleep trouble from only the smallest stim usage these days. that is mainly due to worry. and think of having a downer more like viagra in that you know you have it if needed.

Sounds like it is a good comedown aid isnt it? so long as you dont take it alot?

it appeals to me since it seems safeish, being just a neurotransmitter.

Phenibut is not a neurotransmitter, it acts on GABA-b and the sodium-ion channels related to the uptake of GABA (much like the action of pregabalin), but nonetheless, phenibut should be used no more than twice a week and should be spaced out with at least 3 days in between doses. Phenibut is much more addictive than kratom in my experience, so if kratom was ever a problem for you, i would be way more careful about phenibut.

the problem with phenibut is the tolerance builds extremely quickly. that's why it's so easily addictive. and the withdrawal is pretty awful. ive read up on it heaps and the maximum recommended dosing schedule is approx twice a week. so maybe u can swap b/w kratom and phen in this way? but be wary.

personally i only take phenibut on special occasions. i average out to maybe once a fortnight, once a week max. i found when i did it more often it stopped working as well.

Hmm well kratom not working is the main gripe I have with it and so phenibut sounds even worse for that? if so sounds pointless. I find that the most frustrating thing about kratom.

No Ive never had a problem with kratom. its one of the most benign substances Ive ever taken. I even forget I have it in the house most of the time.

I only took 3 gram at a time and any more I didnt like the hangover it gave. The main problem is the high doesnt feel complete to me and more isnt pleasurable. And even at that dose it stops having an effect really now so its diminishing returns. So I am stopping it. I do like something to relax once a week or so to really unwind those aching muscles.

Some poor beggers like me don't have the luxury of a girlfriend to fuck whenever they want so have to use other means to satisfy oneself.

I would say if youre very will-powered, you could also try etizolam, but that comes with the same problems of benzos

Well I had it a couple times on comedowns but really was filled with anxiety the whole time since i was just worried if taking it would make me addicted due to the horror stories i read about bezo addiction.

Ive read so many tales of ppl getting stuck in benzo addiction when they began just using them for comedowns. so i want to avoid them totally.

By the way, kratom and phenibut is pretty good, if you wanted to try getting something extra out of kratom.

Fairly minor overall, but a nice mellow anxiolytic effect. Combining with kratom increases that effect.

To me personally I feel like phenibut overpowers any opiod effects from the Kratom. Etolizam sounds decent, I personally think phenibut is more euphoric than most benzos. But yes tolerance builds extremly fast so be careful not to dose more than once or twice a week. If u have bad anxiety than etolizam and phenibut are MUCH more addicting.

Ye Ive often thought a gabaergic would go well with kratom but not found one id be comfortable using with any regularity.

I tried kava again recently and that was another fail. Effect is ok but made me phlegmy every time for days after. Totally negating the mild effect I got from it.

It varied (for a while I didn't have a scale to accurately measure my phenibut with). On average, though, I'd say ~1 gram phenibut and 5-10 grams kratom.

Oh my god phenibut! I have had 3 friends all have terrible responses to that shit. so i was in a halfway house and i got a ounce or something like that and i left it at my buddys house where i find out later that night he and another kid are in the hospital completly non responsive, then he went missing,,,,, found passed out in a bathroom in the hospital. than i had a girl i was talking to COMPLETLY pass out at a fucking NA dance....... it was terrible. im fucking high so that probably could have been worded better. best of luck start dosing low might i add all 3 of them kept on redosing, i warned them and told them it takes 2 hours to kick in. really ,make sure you wait the 2 hours!

phenibut sucks ass. I took it for like a year. then it didnt get me high anymore, just makes me feel kinda sick when i take it now... i would avoid phenibut and get some real drugs.
