Eat more to shit, constipaton it's a lie it's bc the food wasn't proper digested so ur idk how's called, i say in layman terms the ''stomach tunnel'' blocked with little crystal like fragments, I know this bc we have a private doctor in our family of a high royalty type, he's Swedish and when he was removed my daughter kidney's stones, she was also constipated which isn't related to the stones btw and this is exactly what we did. I bought her some kfc delights, bam.
 
i love being constipated because for 1. I don't use much toilet paper and I only have t use like half a roll of toilet paper and I only have to wipe 3 or 4 times and I'm finished. 2. If I'm not constipated I use about the whole roll and I have to stand there for about 6-7 minutes wiping and keep wiping and keep wiping. Frustrating....Does anyone else have to use nearly the whole roll wiping if there not constipated...I can't be the only one.
