Heroin and Anger

Every time I do Heroin I get so angry at the world. I start yelling at my family for no reason focusing on each one trying to hurt them. I just feel so irritated and angry. Even the slightest sound sets me off.... I usually need to just be alone in a quiet room.... Any enlightening truths you can give me about Heroin and anger.....
It's a big problem because I do Heroin almost daily... So I'm always mad irritated and fighting...
