I am taking 10mg methadone. When I filled them before they were round. Now they are rectangle. What is the difference?
 
Moving this to other drugs, since it's not a trip report.
 
We don't do brand vs generic discussions, and this pretty much falls into that category. It's most likely the exact same pill from a different manufacturer. Rarely, pharmacies will make a mistake filling prescriptions, but we can't help you ID your pill either.
