Help- IV meth effect question

I've been using IV meth for about 8 months. I didn't use at all in June. Now my period is over 10 days late and I'm constantly hungry, nauseous, and exhausted. I had my tubes tied 14 years ago. My period is never late. Oh, and I have used this month. Is this from drug use?
 
It absolutely could be. I have the opposite problem (nonstop spotting) but I've heard from most that their period stops or is lighter. I would take a pregnancy test to rule it out and get some peace of mind though.
